I am the teacher of the Multimedia@CPH class in the 2011-2012 school year.

Computer Experience
I have been teaching some version of this class for the past 14 years. Over the years, my students and I have explored:

Bitmap (Raster) Graphics with MacPaint, Microsoft Paint and many variations of the two.
Vector Graphics with MacDraft, Freehand, and Illustrator.
Image Editing with Photoshop.
Audio with Sound Studio, GarageBand and Audacity.
Animation and interactivity with Hyperstudio and now Flash.
Video Production with iMovie and Final Cut Express.
Programming with Hyperstudio, Alice and ActionScript (the scripting language in Flash).

We have used computers from the Mac LC II, Mac II, Mac IIvx, Mac LC520, 3 Flavors of iMacs (including the Original Bondi Blue ones), eMacs, 21" Aluminum iMacs, and now Dell PC 755 something or another.

By the end of this class, I hope my students and I will create some cool graphics, fun animation, and even some interactive multimedia with sound.
